Centre cockpit deck layout provides a safe cockpit at sea and multiple seating/sun bathing areas at rest.
Ketch rig allows flexibility and smaller, easier to handle sails.
Interior has internal full height walkway to huge separate aft cabin. Great for families or two couples.
A refit is substantially completed with the major items installed professionally.
A change of circumstances is requiring us to sell the boat before the refit is complete.
Finishing the refit consists mainly of painting the decks and some interior surfaces, reinstating the hatch cover, refinishing part of the saloon ceiling, fitting new squabs and floor coverings, and a decision on the head sails - replace them with hank-on sails, or fit a roller reefer.
